- 'Fast Dispatch' items are shipped in up to 2 business days.
- Orders that contain both 'Made to Order' and 'Fast Dispatch' are shipped out in the 'Made to Order' time frame. If you need items shipped separately please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are generally used only for a one day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
- All made to order items are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned, but if there is something you would like to have altered or added, we would be more then happy to do so just contact us.
