We are happy to make small adjustments to your pieces once completed, but any variations that are outside of what was agreed upon in the quote (eg. adding more stems, changing a bouquet or arrangement shape, changing colours, changing types of foliage or flowers, changing ribbon etc) you will need to pay for any additional stems, ribbon, etc as well as time to reset the bouquet.

* Please note that to reset a bouquet it can take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on its design (more in the case of jeweled designs). If you have pictures of what you would like your bouquets to look like, these need to be provided at the time of quoting.

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world, currently we are not shipping to the US.

International parcels are sent with tracking where available. If you require International shipping please also please provide your phone number in the ‘Notes’ section of the 'Cart' before you checkout. If you require a faster delivery time please contact us and we will do our best to organize an appropriate delivery method. Couriers such as FedEx and UPS can be used for urgent shipping, but will be more expensive… Contact Us for pricing.

With International Shipping if your country has customs duties that are not already included in shipping price these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local postal service to see if this applies to you.

Shipping is $12.95 Australia wide per order.  We also now have flat rate shipping options for different international destinations, once you enter your address in checkout.

Yes. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships, and you can also follow its progress from your account. If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder.

If you are satisfied with the ideas and are happy with the quote, we require a 50% deposit. It is our recommendation that you secure your order as soon as possible as the flowers and other materials required that are quoted are not always available or in stock, particularly in the lead up to Christmas, Valentines Day & Mothers Day. 

Once your order is received we bring in all stock quoted so you don’t miss out on anything regardless of how far away your event is. For this reason all deposits a non-refundable.

It is best to place your order as soon as you are decided on a design, as stock levels on some items can be volatile due to stems selling out or being discontinued by our suppliers. As all our flowers are artificial you will have no problems storing them if you purchase early.

• We are happy to change or cancel a website order if it is from our 'Made to Order' ranges within 24hrs. Please contact us via email to request any changes or cancellations. 

• We cannot cancel or make changes to orders of our 'Fast Dispatch' items.

Every item you receive is made by us and so there will be some minor variability in flower positions and such. However, the overall look and feel of the item will be the same. 

While we do try to photograph everything to be as accurate in color as possible. Please keep in mind that different screens have different resolutions, this can mean some variability in colour compared to the item.

All custom orders are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned, but if there is something you would like to have altered or added to suit your new vision, we would be more then happy to help.  Please contact us with any questions.

Absolutely! We take great pride in handcrafting every arrangement in our Melbourne studio. Each bloom is carefully selected and thoughtfully designed to create something truly special for you.

Majority of our flowers are high quality fabric artificial, with foliage ranging from fabrics to different plastics, depending on the required firmness for the variety.

We do carry a limited variety of 'real touch' or 'fresh touch' flowers. After many years of experience in the industry we have found this material to be problematic for our brides that want ‘forever flowers’. 

Real touch/fresh touch florals while lovely come with challenges and a generally higher price tag. Two of the most prominent challenges being, longevity and colour leakage. Particularly problematic in light colours like white, the flowers will discolour to a yellow/brown quite quickly, and have a tendency to soak up colour from surrounding flowers, ribbon or even clothing; leaving them blotchy and discoloured. It is for this reason we generally don’t recommend this for our brides, so that our brides can enjoy their flowers long after their special day. As well as be able to plan ahead with the purchase with the confidence that their bouquet will remain in excellent condition. We do stock some real touch flowers available in other deeper colours as these are generally a safer option when using this material.

 

• To care for bouquets, we recommend you remove them from the box and sit them
  in tall drinking glasses/vases covered with a white fabric sheet until a couple of
  days before the wedding. 
• All flowers: When the week of your event arrives, if you find any
  of the flowers or foliage a bit creased, simply blow hot air onto them with a
  hairdryer for a few seconds and they will iron themselves out (a great little
  trick that is also the best way to dust your flowers after your wedding should
  you choose to display them at home).
• If your order contains 'Real touch flowers' please keep in mind they have a latex coating. So when left sitting beside darker coloured flowers, paper or fabric, can absorb the colour onto themselves.  For this reason,we recommend you keep them in a vase or tall drinking glass covered with a white cloth or sheet until the wedding. A clear plastic bag can also keep these flowers in perfect condition for you.
