Our talented team is the heart of Flowers For Ever After. Their creativity and dedication make it possible for us to offer such a wide range of designs, while giving each couple the care and attention they deserve.
Behind every finished bouquet are hours of design, creation and customisation, alongside customer service, ordering and careful packing. Our fantastic team of ladies brings it all together, developing new concepts and tailoring packages to each couple’s individual style.

Sally
A mother of four and grandmother of fifteen, Sally is the heart of our story. Born in Europe, she moved to Australia at ten years old, an experience that shaped her resilience and adaptability. Her life has been defined by continuous growth and learning, qualities that shine through in everything she does.
Beyond her role in the family, Sally is our lead florist and a gifted artist with a remarkable ability to visualize and an exceptional eye for colour. Her talents span floral design, painting, dressmaking, pottery, and music—each discipline reflecting her creative depth. In the floral industry, her work speaks for itself. She's found her calling in a field that truly celebrates her unique vision and artistic gift.
Maria
Maria is the primary contact and a creative force at Flowers For Ever After. She brings unparalleled expertise to every wedding we create. A dedicated mother of four, Maria channels her passion for excellence into both her business and her craft.
Her deep understanding of contemporary floral design, combined with her finger on the pulse of current bridal and wedding planning trends, means she has a refined eye for detail and an intuitive grasp of what modern brides envision. Maria is the ideal person to help bring your celebration to life with professionalism and confidence.
Jana
Also a mum to four little ones who frequently visit our workroom. Jana wears many hats within Flowers For Ever After—from floral design, bridal work to marketing, social media, and quality control. If you have a keen eye, you may even see her holding our bouquets throughout the site.
Her distinctive style brings an understated elegance to every arrangement she creates, especially those with a more unconventional edge. Jana has a remarkable gift for pairing unexpected flowers together, transforming them into cohesive, beautiful designs that feel both thoughtfully considered and effortlessly refined.
