Do you allow visits and/or face to face appointments?

Due to our work hours and heavy work load, we have transitioned to Online Only and no longer have a dedicated showroom.  We are happy to work with you online or over the phone as we have done so already for a very many years.

Do you ship to any state in Australia?

Yes, we use Australia Post or and Insured Courier and send to all parts of the country.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world.

International parcels are sent with tracking where available. If you require International shipping please also please provide your phone number in the ‘Notes’ section before you checkout. If you require a faster delivery time please contact us and we will do our best to organize an appropriate delivery method. Couriers such as FedEx and UPS can be used for urgent shipping, but will be more expensive… Contact Us for pricing.

With International Shipping if your country has customs duties that are not already included in shipping price these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local postal service to see if this applies to you.

I am an International Customer, why are the prices in Checkout in AUD?

While you can view approximate item prices on the Site & in your Cart in your Currency, Final payment is made through Paypal in AUD. So prices shown on the Checkout Page are in AUD. If you’d like to see the postage cost to you on the Cart page, you need to be logged in with your account & address saved.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

**Items that are ‘In Stock’ on the website are dispatched within 10-14 business days of placing your order. Shipping time frames are in addition to the dispatch time frame. So 10-14 Business Days PLUS Shipping time frame. For Delivery estimates please see our Domestic & International Shipping page.
** Custom orders can be as fast as 1 week for Australia and 3 weeks overseas, but this is dependent on the availability of the flowers and colours you require. For this reason we ask that you to place your order with enough notice as possible to avoid any delays or seasonal customer rushes. We will notify you of any delays and approximate delivery date promptly.
**Please allow for weekends and public holidays when placing an order.

Can you Custom design an arrangement?

Yes, we specialize in custom designing artificial flowers for all of your occasions. Contact us with your ideas and requirements.

When should I place my order?

It is best to place your order as soon as you are decided on a design, as stock levels on some items can be volatile due to stems selling out or being discontinued by our suppliers. As all our flowers are artificial you will have no problems storing them if you purchase early.

How does your Custom ordering system work?

Firstly contact us with your theme and requirements, we will contact you promptly and discuss your options. If you are satisfied with the ideas and are happy with the quote, we require a 50% deposit. It is our recommendation that you secure your order as soon as possible as the flowers and other materials required that are quoted are not always available or in stock, particularly in the lead up to Christmas, Valentines Day & Mothers Day. Once your order is received we bring in all stock quoted so you don’t miss out on anything regardless of how far away your event is. For this reason all deposits a non-refundable.

Final shipping can be unknown as it is based on the final weight of your items. We endeavor to give you an approximate price range at the time of quoting so that you are aware of what to expect. On completion of your order we will calculate shipping accurately and add it to your final balance. We will also provide you with photos of the completed products for your final approval before your items are shipped.

Can you alter an item once it has been completed?

We are happy to make small adjustments to your pieces once completed, but any variations that are outside of what was agreed upon in the quote (eg. adding more stems, changing a bouquet or arrangement shape, changing colours, changing types of foliage or flowers, changing ribbon etc) you will need to pay for any additional stems, ribbon, etc as well as time to reset the bouquet.

* Please note that to reset a bouquet it can take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on its design (more in the case of jeweled designs). If you have pictures of what you would like your bouquets to look like, these need to be provided at the time of quoting.

The shipping price seems high, what can I do?

We use the Australia Post Shipping calculator & our Web store is constantly being updated so sometimes we need to iron out little glitches. If your shipping price seems too high, feel free to send us a message with the items you have selected and your shipping address and we can re-quote you directly.

Do you do fresh flowers as well?

We think you should be able to enjoy your flowers for years to come so we pride ourselves on providing the best quality Artificial Flowers.

I am on a Budget can you help me?

Please Contact Us, we always try our very best to tailor our packages to suit each individual. If you let us know what your budget is we will endeavor to give you options that fulfill your needs as well as budget, while creating a beautiful look for your special day.

An Item I like is 'Out of Stock' when will it be back?

Contact Us if you are after something that is marked as out of stock so we can give you an ETA, we may be just waiting for missing stems to come back in.

**If the item is in the Gallery section of the website, unfortunately these Items cannot be recreated as key blooms may be unavailable but we can use them as an inspiration for a new design just for you.**

Can you email me a picture of a sample bouquet so I can see what it will look like?

We can organise a picture the flowers we will be using in your custom design so you are able to see how they will look together. Please note this is not the completed bouquet it is just the array of flowers to be used.

Can you send me some samples of the flowers?

You are able to purchase a small selection of sample flowers that relate to your inquiry if you require them.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit or I change my mind?

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All custom orders are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned, but if there is something you would like to have altered or added, we would be more then happy to do so just contact us. *Please note that a ‘canceled wedding’ falls under the ‘change of mind’ category and any flowers cannot be returned.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event in most cases, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All custom orders are cut and assembled especially for you and your theme/style and as such cannot be returned. If you are unsure about anything, Contact Us before you make your purchase and we will endeavor to help you make the correct selection to fulfill your needs.

How are my flowers packaged?

Everything we make is packaged in boxes. All flowers are wrapped in acid free paper to avoid any damage in transit. We are environmentally conscious and pack using recycled boxes as much as possible. This also reduces costs to you. At times we are unable to find the right size box so we may purchase one at our cost.

What happens if an item is delivered broken?

It has not happened as we take great care in packing our items, but should this occur any items delivered broken are to be returned out our cost through a COD shipping method and we will send out another to you.
