Returns Policy


Please Choose Carefully as majority of our Items are Made to Order & it is for this reason that we Do not Exchange or Refund items for Change of Mind.

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. Our ‘In Stock’ numbers are a representation of how many of any one design can be created from our current stock of stems, as such All orders are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned. If there is something you would like to have altered or added, we would be more then happy to do so just contact us before placing your order online.

Any alterations to online orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

If you are unsure about anything, Contact Us before you make your purchase and we will endeavor to help you make the correct selection to fulfill your needs.

Incorrect Product

If we have made an error and have shipped the wrong goods for an online order simply contact us, so we can arrange a return & exchange or a suitable solution for you. You can do this by contacting or Maria on 0439 810 982.

Damaged Goods

If for some reason your item should arrive damaged. Please Contact Us as soon as possible with images so we can discuss the best and most suitable way we can rectify the issue.

Faulty Goods

At Flowers For Ever After, we’re obsessed with Quality and Pride ourselves on the care we take in creating your Floral Pieces to the absolute best of our ability. Every piece is created and double checked over by two people. However, in the rare situation where there may be a faulty product you have purchased with us online we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Flowers For Ever After will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:

  1. The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
  2. The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  3. The product does is not as described
